A: Hides are unique in that you can't repair a hole, and you'd rather not blemish the canvas. With that in mind, there are a few options (highlighted in photos below).
Grommets - I can apply these if asked, though they do leave small holes around the outer edges of the hides.
Pins (Not ideal if you are concerned about holes in the hide. best for larger hides where they will be less noticeable.)
Double-sided gorilla tape. (works best for leather-sided or short-haired hides.)
Magnetic Adhesive Strips. (works best for large hides with shorter fur.)
Quilt Hangers (coming in both clear and wood varieties, these can add to the aesthetic without forfeiting the integrity of the hide.)
